The guarantee on the goods you purchase will be valid under the folowing conditions:
When purchasing goods from our online shop, you will receive a document declaring your payment, which declare the start of your warranty. Keep this document in case that you want to take advantage of the guarantee for the products you have purchased.
Please, note, that the guarantee covers only production defects.
The guarantee does not apply when the customer attemts to remove the defects or any other attempt to repair the purchased item, which has led to dismantling, damage, or lack of product elements.
If a production defect is proven, the product will be repaired or replaced within 30 calendar days.
